We expressly use your IP address and approximate location data to determine and display localized pricing, currency (e.g., EUR or GBP), and applicable taxes for our Services.
    3. To Improve and Protect the Service (Legitimate Interest): To analyze user behavior, troubleshoot bugs, prevent fraud, and secure our infrastructure. We may process hashed or pseudonymized usage data to understand how our features are utilized.

    1. Model Training Exemption: We take the confidentiality of your data seriously. We, alongside our enterprise AI partners, do not use your personal data, prompts, or generated presentations to train publicly available AI models.
    2. Disclaimer: Despite our safeguards, you acknowledge that submitting highly confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information into AI prompts carries inherent risks. The Company explicitly disclaims any liability for the unintentional disclosure of information resulting from the inherent nature of third-party AI processing.
  5. How We Share Your Information

    We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation. We share your data strictly with trusted third-party subprocessors who act on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements:

    1. AI Providers: OpenAI, Gemini (to process prompts and generate slides).
    2. Hosting and Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) (to host our servers and securely store your generated presentations on S3).
    3. Payment Processors: Solidgate, PayPal (to process subscriptions and refunds).
    4. Analytics and Marketing: Google Analytics, Meta, Appsflyer, Amplitude (to measure Service performance and ad attribution).
    5. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
    6. Law Enforcement: We may disclose your data if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the absolute rights, property, and safety of the Company.
  6. International Data Transfers

You expressly acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company bears absolutely no liability for any unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or data breaches caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
