What exactly does the “award presentation service” cover — program design, slides, audiovisual, ceremony flow, virtual/hybrid setup?
Decksy covers everything from a minor element to important detail. We understand that paying attention to structural details can make a big difference for your ceremony. Our package includes the full slide deck, transitions, timing flow, background visuals, and audiovisual coordination. We also make sure that slides run perfectly across a variety of platforms.
Do you support in-person, virtual, or hybrid award presentations (or all three)? What technology is required?
For your convenience, we do support all three formats. We create motion graphics and slides that look great on projectors, LED screens, and live-streaming software. We offer files optimized for Keynote, PowerPoint, and well-known broadcasting platforms like Zoom or OBS for virtual or hybrid events.
How will you design the presentation visuals (opening title, nominee slides, winner reveal animations, sponsor logos, transitions)?
We base every component on the branding of your event. Dynamic winner reveals, slides with nominee bios and photos, an animated opening title, and smooth transitions are all part of the visuals. Sponsor logos are positioned thoughtfully to retain brand awareness.
Can you handle the full event production (MC script, stage layout, awards hand-off, lighting & sound) or just the slide?
Deck and visual design are our primary priorities. To ensure that the visuals perfectly match the flow of the ceremony, we work with your production or AV partners to align lighting moments, script cues, and stage layout.
What deliverables do we get — e.g., slide deck, animations, master template, video recording, graphics package?
You get a reusable master template, motion graphics, unique animations, and a fully designed deck. Additionally, we offer a graphics package that includes sponsor visuals, lower-thirds, and title cards. Support for video recording is offered upon request.
What’s the timeline from kickoff to ceremony-ready design? How far in advance should we engage you?
Typical timelines range from one to three weeks, depending on the scope. We recommend starting the project at least four weeks before your ceremony. This gives time for creative planning, revisions, and rehearsals.
How are you coordinating with award recipients, sponsors, nominees, and other stakeholders (names, bios, photos, logos)?
We provide a structured upload system for all event data. You can share recipient names, headshots, sponsor logos, and bios through our secure platform. Our crew manages the updates to keep the design accurate and consistent across slides.
How does the pricing work — flat package vs per-award vs per-slide vs full event production? What are typical costs?
Our pricing is flexible. Most clients choose a per-slide or flat-package rate depending on the event size. Larger ceremonies with multiple categories can request full-event pricing. Each quote is tailored to match your needs and budget without hidden fees.
What happens if a late change comes in (winner name change, last-minute nominee, graphic update)? What’s your change policy?
We understand award events can change fast. Minor text or image updates are included up to your rehearsal date. For major adjustments or last-minute additions, our staff responds quickly to deliver updated files within hours whenever possible.
Do you have experience in our industry or with similar award formats (corporate recognition, industry awards, academic awards, nonprofit gala)?
Our experienced team has worked for government programs, corporate recognition events, nonprofit galas, academic awards, and new product launches. We’ve gained great respect in all industries over the last few years. We understand the unique objectives of different companies and work with them to achieve those goals.
